As a wellness coach, I can provide you with the tools and support you need to make a healthy lifestyle change. My services include customized, weekly meal plans, recipes and grocery lists as well as ongoing support. I work with any and all food allergies and aversions, and specialize in gluten-free, grain-free and paleolithic nutrition, which is optimal for anyone with autoimmunity or other chronic illness.

In addition to nutrition-based healing, I have been helping people lose weight, build strength and find confidence for over three years. I know what works and can help build a customized nutrition and fitness plan for you. I also provide ongoing support and motivation through one-on-one coaching and online support groups.
